Append e-mail addresses to Postal names/addresses

Where a marketer or data owner wants to procure the corresponding email address, they send e-Pool their Postal names and addresses along with a unique reference number (URN) that identifies each record.

Records are matched to e-Pool and a report is provided detailing volume of matches achieved.

Matching is always at individual level and care is taken that only 'true' matches are reported and not 'near' matches (see The Processing).

The marketer decides what, if any, volume of records they wish to purchase and then e-Pool send a broadcast on behalf of the marketer seeking permission for direct communications between the marketer and recipient.

After two weeks has elapsed, any hard bounces or opt-outs are removed (typically no more than 10%) and the URN’s and e-mail addresses are sent to the marketer in whatever format they prefer.
