All new employees are offered training and progression courses based on the career path they wish to take. After a three month probationary period all staff are issued with a Contract of Employment which entitles them to the following benefits: sick pay, paid holidays, maternity leave, paternity leave and redundancy protection.

The Philippines operate and enforce a minimum wage however, all our staff earn well in excess of the statutory rates. There is also a Staff Bonus scheme linked to the quality of work completed (not quantity).
